The lady that "took care" of us was very busy not waiting on anyone but discussing with the manager I guess that she really needed business cards, when we finally got her attention the experience we had was very snappy and plain rude, I asked about the rewards program and if points at that time gave me any rewards and was told "i don't know, I can't tell anything about that". I have been a customer for years and have never had a problem, maybe it was just a bad day.
