store was extremely organized and color coded, so that was nice, but no one said a single word to me while i was there even though i was the only customer in the store on a slow weekday morning. i'm plus sized, but i like american eagle and arie tops, just can't do any of their bottoms for the most part unless i shop online. one of the girls looked up from her phone, gave me an honestly pretty nasty look, and didn't say anything at all. i smiled at her because we made eye contact, and im not asking for a smile back, but it's like she didn't even acknowledge me. i know what i look like. i know i wear a bigger size. i get it. but i should not be judged the second i walk into a store. i've never felt more unwelcome in a store like when i came in here. i don't ever really leave reviews but i think it's important to let other plus sized girls to maybe avoid this location which is honestly really disappointing.

Walked in and said as not greeted in fact all of the store representatives were huddle together in a circle conversing with each other for the entire time I was shopping at this location. I guess the conversations going on were more important than helping the customers in the store.
