  I have been buying and selling from platos since 2011 ..today sept 28th 2026 i call to see if they was buying ..they was so i go there..sign in my tote ..dude tells me its gona be a couple hrs and that i could leave and come back and that they would call me when it was ready !! It was 10:22am whwn i checked in ...i wait hours ..finally 2:22 pm i decide to drive back i go in ..aint a soul in sight but two workers talkin ..im thinkin dam why didnt i get a call ..i say thats my tote sitin there ..they look confused ..i was hoping i had atleast made a few dollars lmao ..of course not !! They could buy nuthin cuz my clothes was out of style ..hilarious to me because literally all they clothes in the store look hella worn ..dirty or just ugly!! Thats fine though i need to stop going there its always some petty change anyways if i do make a sale ..like 4 dollars for 10 items lmao !! This place just needs to shut down ...a big waste of time !! Do not bother wasting your time!!

  Very unprofessional staff. I call the said they were buying today. Then I got there and they were rude saying they never said that.

  How is this place still in business. The staff is so rude. All they do is lie and then try to gaslight you. When you ask them logically questions. Please take your business elsewhere.

  Short blonde hair lady at the counter was very rude to say the least. She refused to give me her name stated that they were not buying anything today and that I need to bring my clothes in a clear tote. This lady definitely does not need to be working in customer service. Her people skills are zero out of 10. No wonder Plato‘s closet is going downhill so fast. Do not recommend that you waste your time coming here or doing business with them.
