Great customer service and very friendly! They always are open to the clothes I sell and have nice items to buy. I live in Louisville but this is the only Plato's Closet I do business with!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Management is extremely disrespectful and hard to work with. I would recommend driving over the bridge to one in Louisville.

I have been to multiple Plato’s Closets and this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. The management is disrespectful and unprofessional. I came here Friday to sell clothes and was told to come back Monday at 9:45 am as a line would start to form. So i get here at 9:48 am on Monday and there are 4 tote bins sitting outside. I walk up to the door and read the signs and there is nothing about placeholders or anything about lines. Eventually others show up and stand next to their totes without saying anything directly to me. When the door was opened, I was shoved to the side by the first lady and attempted to walk in as the second lady squeezed me against the door before pushing me in. At the counter, one of the girls brought it up to the employee that I “skipped”. I explained there were only totes there and I was unaware of any rule. He said I was okay and the numbers didn’t matter and asked us to keep filling out the papers. Then a minute later, the manager walks over all huffy and accuses me of “bullying her customers”. I am a 19 year old girl who has never tried selling at a Plato’s Closets and so many things really rubbed me the wrong way. The lack of respect from MANAGEMENT (not even the regular employees), the lack of signage, the confusion of etiquette and a rule, and the contradicting comments from the first employee and manager. This manager needs to be dealt with because this is not the first bad review about her and she will continue to drive away customers 🤷‍♀️

I have tried to sell clothes 3x here. I’ve called each time before coming to ask if they are buying. They tell me yes. I show up and they say no. And the girls that work there are incredibly rude about it too. Do not waste your time here.
