    I went in early July to buy an expensive diamond ring . I asked the lady if she could do the same purchase in store as online. She said yes, no problem. She did at one point ask for assistance. I left happy with my receipt and was expecting my ring within a week or two. I went back 10 days later and was told the ring couldn’t be ordered that I must go online. I told her I have a receipt from this store. She refused me any service. I even offered to pay cash or whatever. I was also told they didnt have a store manager and the assistant manager was not working. Unfortunately, I won’t ever go back. I further had to fight charges on my credit card on the ring protection plan that they weren’t even smart enough to reverse. I’m shocked that JC Penny has went to hell!!
