  Tried charging my mom's credit card 3 times for the same purchase to the tune of almost $900. They then said it's just something "that happens" with tap to pay and it's a corporate issue, not their issue. I just don't know why they wouldn't shut off the tap function or, at the very least, have a sign up telling people to insert or swipe their cards if it's such a common issue. One of the girls said, and I quote, "you're not the first person this has happened to and other people got their money back so I don't understand why you're so concerned." It took my mom talking about calling the police for them to actually call corporate and get it figured out. So yeah. Very little sympathy or accountability on their part. We were not impressed.

  Shoutout to the employee who was so kind and sweet to my kiddos. She kept them entertained with some coloring books so that I could shop easily without feeling overwhelmed. I will definitely be coming back to this location just because of this interaction alone. Good job Maurice for hiring an amazing human-being.
