I went to exchange them for a pair I did like and had to pay 25% of the jeans I liked. It is a store policy which is not displayed anywhere, they didn't mention it prior to me saying I wanted an exchange, nor is it on the back of the receipt. I asked why I had to pay and was told "it's a different style". The jeans were the same brand, same price as the original jeans but the cut at the bottom was different. I have already spoken to corporate about this as the store wasn't helpful. Even corporate doesn't understand why I was charged. After this experience, I will not be back.
