  After ordering some jeans online that I felt didn’t fit right, I had to go into to the store to do an exchange. Which I typically feel is a hassle more than anything. However, I was quickly greeted by Dane upon arriving. He has excellent customer service. He not only knows trends but also everything there is to know about American Eagle Denim. I am sure that had I inquired about something else he would have been able to help me with that as well. It was really refreshing to have someone that genuinely seemed interested in my exchange. It’s not every day you deal with superb customer service.
