- AJAlexander James4 days ago1.0They give you little to nothing for anything you have, that's if they accept it. If you just simply don't want the clothes I understand, but if you're looking for money, just list the items online.you'll get 10x more. 30 bucks for 15 name brand items. Ridiculous. If employees are having a bad day and or unfriendly attitudes. RUN!!! Platos should not be in the business of buying from customers. They're robing us blind!

- RRRueAug 13, 20261.0Carlee and rain have terrible service. I was not greeted when entering and they ignored customers while they chit chat by the register. Terrible attitudes!
- YYYamiJun 13, 20261.0I usually don’t leave reviews but this is the second time I come here because I decided to give it another chance after the first time and I brought some good items and I brought a coach bag in and when I went back a charm was missing from it, and I noticed it right away and I asked them where it was , they started to “look” for it and they couldn’t find it and that she saw it fall but didn’t pick it up and give it back to me, she found it after 5 mins of me waiting there. Horrible experience.
