  Carlee and rain have terrible service. I was not greeted when entering and they ignored customers while they chit chat by the register. Terrible attitudes!

  Will never go back to this business ever again! The staff is rude t girl that front desk told me to get it go to any register e the manager is the rudest of them all . Once you drop off clothes to sell and she decided to talk to me from the ground while organizing hangers I can barely even hear her . When I asked to for her to repeat herself she called another employee over she didn't want to deal with me anymore I guess. When coming back girl that front desk told me to get it go to any register to check out and get my money and my clothes that they are not purchasing back I went to the very first register and again the golf girl basically yelled at me to tell me to get into a line behind everybody else. If you don't like your job then don't do it get a job somewhere else . Not surprising this place barely has three stars

  I usually don’t leave reviews but this is the second time I come here because I decided to give it another chance after the first time and I brought some good items and I brought a coach bag in and when I went back a charm was missing from it, and I noticed it right away and I asked them where it was , they started to “look” for it and they couldn’t find it and that she saw it fall but didn’t pick it up and give it back to me, she found it after 5 mins of me waiting there. Horrible experience.

  Waste of time they barely took any clothes even new with tags and mixed up different peoples clothes/orders. Place lacks supervision and you could over hear workers bragging about taking things. Just go to Goodwill.
