They close at 7pm on Sundays. We came just about when they were about to close and they kept announcing lol. We didn’t realize the time but would have love to browse around more.
- MMMo MoJun 1, 20261.0I visited this location to return an item which I bought one day before my 5 week business trip abroad. I was in such a hurry that I didn't notice that the pants were made out of polyester, which I abhor. The cashier told me I was beyond the 30 day return limit for a full refund, and then said "Rules are rules!" That rubbed me the wrong way immediately, but I politely asked her if there was an exception for customers for whom the 30 day return was a physical impossibility. She said no and handed me the gift card instead of crediting my credit card account. I don't like the overwhelming predominance of polyester at Nordstrom Rack, and I don't appreciate being treated like I'm shopping in a thrift store. Not five minutes after using up that gift card and the negative balance on my credit card from a previous return, I'm going to end my relationship with Nordstrom Rack and Nordstrom Rack's credit card permanently. There is something viciously greedy and off about Nordstrom's corporate culture despite the fact that most of their product is imported from Asia, and made out of polyester at 1/100th of its sale price. I'd rather pay more for natural fabrics like cotton and linen, and be treated with more traditional, respectful customer service.
