- EBEd BrillMar 19, 20264.0I’m going to leave this as a review but it really is store feedback. Came in today to buy some luggage and left without doing so. Why? Every single piece of luggage we looked at in this store has dirty wheels. At first we thought maybe a few of the items were returns, but the more we looked the more the pattern was consistent. Carry on size or larger, Travelpro, It, didn’t matter - all the wheels have some grit on them. It seems like maybe the store is using the wheels to roll the luggage to the display shelves. And sure of course all luggage will eventually make contact with ground and pick up dirt on the wheels. It just was a bit off-putting to think we were buying something “new” but it was already “used”. We went to Macy’s instead. The wheels there did not show any signs of use.

Then proceeds to follow me into the line right behind me in my personal space glaring at me I could see her glaring at me from my profile vision. She kept aggressively pushing her cart inches away from me to intimidate me. The people checking you out are unhelpful and unfriendly. I will never be back. Plus they have the ugliest clothes I’ve ever seen! I called to speak to a manager and the same woman at the counter checking me out told me they were all in a a meeting and wanted to know why I was calling. Instead of just taking my name and number.
