  The older lady working was very rude had a attitude with anything and any question my mother had and made fun of her and also was making snarky comments and was completely unprofessional previously the night before around closing the man working was very nice and professional respectful and gave advice about everything and was very knowledgeable and Caring this lady that was working today sighed and seemed like she didn’t want to help me or my mother with a single thing COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL And not at all acceptable behavior to be hostile towards a customer and not wanting to help with a single thing.

  Very rude customer service from the lady, who acted like it was an inconvenience to meet me at gun counter. Then told me to go rent one and practice, before committing to buying a gun, since it was my first hand gun, even tho I made it clear I wanted to do the purchase today. Sat. May 16th at 720 pm. We came last night, Friday May 15th, at closing, and we're treated with nothing but respect from that gentleman. I will come back when he is working or go to a different location.

  I bought a tee shirt for a Christmas gift and I just needed to go up a size because it was 100% cotton. I didn’t bother looking for my receipt because it was an even exchange.(the price tag was on it) But the employee said that they can’t do that without a receipt. So I had to make an extra trip to exchange it with my receipt. It was very inconvenient and I doubt that I will shop there again. And if that’s their policy even as a Christmas gift return, I bet others were not happy either.
