He and his team went above and beyond—even loading everything into our truck in the pouring rain without hesitation. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to help were second to none. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Logan and his team truly cared about taking care of us, and it showed every step of the way. I honestly don’t shop anywhere else. We were treated very disrespectfully and told unless we planned to make a purchase we were not allowed to use the simulator. VERY rude and there were no signs to indicate a purchase was required. We were told it is “not an arcade”. He is a golfer and had been looking at golf equipment. This employee made him feel terrible and me very angry. I will NEVER do business with this company again!
