  We love Little Lincoln’s! My son lost one of his new squishys and Emily was so kind and had a special surprise for him the next day! Thank you so much for turning a bad situation into such a great day for him! He will never forget it. We always feel the warmth and kindness when in the store! One of the best small businesses in Springfield hands down!

  In a world where customer service is next to non-existent, this little toy shop is an absolute gem. Their passion for toys and kids is delightful. I can always count on them to guide me to the perfect gift and then they also gift wrap! I am so thankful to have this small business in my community!

  Little Lincoln’s Toy Shop is hands-down one of the BEST small businesses around. From the second you walk in, you feel welcomed, appreciated, and genuinely happy to be there. Emily & Ryan are absolutely incredible — always so kind, patient, helpful, and full of the biggest smiles. They make every visit feel personal and special, not just another shopping trip. The shop itself is magical. It’s filled with the cutest, most unique toys, gifts, and treasures that you can’t find just anywhere in those big box stores. Every time we come in, there’s something new to fall in love with, and it has quickly become our family’s favorite local spot 🤍

  This store is wonderful! The staff are always so welcoming and friendly! They always keep very well stocked in all their brands including Douglas plush (my personal favorite), NeeDoh, Lego, Ty, and much more! If you want good gifts for yourself or other with the benefit of a fantastic and compassionate customer service experience; this is the place to go!
