  This past Saturday September 5th 2026 I into this store to look for some new bras. It was 100 degrees outside so my husband came in with me. We went in and there were 2 woman standing over by a display table talking very loudly I assumed they were just a couple of gals who ran into one another and were catching up. I had a question about my Lane Bryant card so we preceded up to the counter. I patiently stood there for 3 minutes until a sweet lady who had been helping someone else came from the dressing room area. I asked my question then preceded to look for bras, it was then one of the loud chatty ladies came over and asked if I needed any help. I then realized that they were both workers just standing around talking while I stood at the counter waiting to ask my question. She helped me find a size I was looking for and I preceded to the dressing room. While I was in the dressing room one of the ladies told my husband there was a chair in the back, in the dressing room area. He told her he was fine standing and waiting on me. She then turned around and loudly stated that maybe the should get big screens and beer so that these men will let their women buy what ever they want. I didn't know about this incident til after we left when I couldn't find what I needed. If I had known about it I would have told those ladies that my husband would have let me buy one of everything in that store if I had wanted and would have waited as long as I needed him to. Where you suggested my husband sit in the dressing area would have made him and likely your other customers uncomfortable. I guess you were mad that you had customers in the store and it interrupted your conversation. You won't have to worry about that anymore at least not with me, I won't be back and will be making my purchases online or at another store. Workers like you two are the reason stores are being such down and everyone is making purchases online. If this how you are everyday at work I'm sure the Springfield store will be the next to close because you are just running off business. If I could give negative stars it would be a negative 10 for this place.

  Excellent staff who helped me find the perfect fitting jeans! The fit for me is extremely hard due to waist and hip being the same at exactly 39 inches.
