- NCnathaniel chapweskJun 27, 20261.0Hair stylist department ripped me off. They did not inform me a beard trim costs 20 dollars and a beard trim costs that no where ever long story short I paid 60 bucks for a very basic hair cut and their trying to sell stainless steel neckless made in China for 120 bucks. They will rip you off and their service and clothing is very mediocre and not worth anything there charging their clothes are basically empty and everything is way over priced for something you could buy at Walmart.

Prior to that visit we went to Menards in Decatur and had a consult with Budget Blinds from Champaign. Budget Blinds didn’t bring samples and expected us to travel there from Decatur to look at material options. Menards worker we consulted with had very little experience or knowledge.

They have a decent selection, but they might get 1 or 2 of a size, so dont expect to find what you are looking for in your size. There are no good deals anymore unless you sign up for their credit card. Literally every Transaction i heard at their one service desk started with "Will you be using your JCPenney's card today?" Not even a hello. Ever so slightly better than a Goodwill.
