  All of the dispensaries are absolutely careless to human beings. I'm a medical card holder and I'm from the Quad Cities and the difference between here and there are night and day. Your THC content is not high enough. I have to buy infused at a higher cost in able to get the desired effects. I've seen some 33% but come on where is the 39% 49% flower. They have it at NTI in Milan Il.. get with the program. The bid tenders there are top notch in their knowledge and really help you find the best bang for your buck. Please do better you are waiting on sick people!!! Also it's 30% off of everything including sale items. Recreational cannabis only gives you a 25% discount which will keep me from shopping at those places and I'm probably going to just start growing because honestly I don't like the atmosphere or the feeling I get when I go into the dispensaries around here. It's sad I had to relocate and I'm at a loss. People here are certainly different than I'm used to. It's going to be quite a culture shock.Your reward system needs some work too. Points expire here. They're not supposed to expire. Does the money expire to the places that I'm buying from? No, it does not. So you shouldn't have points that expire. That's terrible. I'm talking in general about all of the Cannabis dispensaries in the area. Your Care Factor needs to rise above, and the people standing outside of your stores in downtown scare people. You need to have loitering stop. Every time I come downtown to offend there are men outside asking me for marijuana or money when I come out of the store. Absolutely not someplace. I want to come and feel safe.

  The location is prime and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I've never had a bad or horrible experience either ordering online or in store on the kiosk. The brands and products are very large and the prices are great and the sales are amazing too.
