  I had an excellent experience at Ascend Cannabis, and Jake made it exceptional. He greeted me with a great attitude, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. His product knowledge was impressive, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand without making me feel rushed. What really stood out was how friendly, patient, and professional he was throughout the entire visit. Customer service like Jake’s is hard to find, and he’s a big reason I’ll be coming back. If you stop by Ascend, definitely ask for Jake—you won’t be disappointed!

  Everyone was so incredibly nice, but i really have to emphasize the receptionist, Lori, has the most amazing customer service. I cant tell if she's genuinely a pure soul or just really really good at her job, but i left wanting to be her best friend. I know how hard it can be working in customer service and just think her efforts should be recognized
