What bothered me the most was Tiffany’s policy. When you purchase a piece, you’re told that future cleaning and servicing will be complimentary. However, when you actually come back for that service, you’re told it costs $25. The issue isn’t the $25. It’s the feeling of being misled. If there is a fee, it should be communicated clearly from the beginning, rather than creating different expectations at the time of purchase. On top of that, the staff’s communication and overall attitude left much to be desired. They do not care about making customers feel valued and respected. That’s not the level of service I would expect from a luxury brand like Tiffany & Co.
