Wanted to see if they can tell me if they are in transit , maybe when they will be arriving, just to get an update... Girl picked up the phone asked for my name and said let me put you on hold. I am still on hold for over an hour and 10 minutes now... You are not THAT busy where you could not pick up the phone for over an hour and 10 minutes to at least say hey we will call you back or something, anything.. Very unprofessional
