  This store is wonderful! I had such a pleasant experience on 7/7/26 -- shout out to Mercedes for being super friendly, patient, and accommodating. Not only does Lululemon have great pieces but they also have great employees!! I've been a lover of Lulu for 10 years and experiences like this are what keeps me coming back.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Old Orchard Lululemon location on June 27th around 7:40 PM. I came in to return a full-price set that I had repurchased after it went on sale two days later. I clearly explained that I was returning the original full-price purchase, not the sale purchase. Despite this, the first associate insisted—with complete confidence—that the items I brought were from the sale order and that the system uniquely identified them as such. She told me I would only receive store credit for the lower sale price and suggested I had brought the wrong items. She explained if I bring the original price items she’ll return them for me. I said I may have take the tag off already from the bra top and the associated state that it’s ok as long as it’s in new condition, which it was. But make it make sense, why can you assume the tags are of these two pieces anyway if the tags don’t matter?? Before leaving the mall, I double-checked my Lululemon app and confirmed I had brought the correct order. The receipt and order number matched my original full-price purchase exactly, so I returned to the store. A second associate initially made the exact same mistake and dismissed what I was trying to explain, even when I attempted to show the two separate orders in my app. She incorrectly assumed I was confused because of my healthcare discount, even though that had nothing to do with the issue I was raising. Ironically, after rescanning the exact same leggings without scanning the receipt, the system immediately pulled up the correct full-price amount. Nothing had changed except how she processed the transaction. At that point, instead of acknowledging the mistake or apologizing for the inconvenience, she abruptly handed me my receipt with an obvious attitude and dismissed me. What should have been a simple return turned into two separate interactions because neither associate took the time to actually listen. The store was not busy, several employees were standing around, yet I still left feeling like I had to prove my own purchase history to receive the refund I was entitled to. And not to mention that they don’t care for a person’s time. As someone who has spent a significant amount of money at Lululemon year after year, this experience was frustrating and far below the level of customer service I expect from the brand. This is why I try to shop online 95% of the time.

  I have been a Lululemon member for years and after moving from Chicago, this location is closest to me. The experiences I have had here are sometimes a hit or miss to be honest. I have nothing but nice things to say about the staff, they are usually very kind and attentive. I have had a few problems with the hemming process at the OO Lulu recently. On the first occasion, I happened to be in the area and stopped in to check if my Daydrift pants were ready. I never got an email or call to stop in, and it was over two weeks since I requested the hemming. The pickup experience at that time was really bad, but yes, at least I got the pants hemmed and returned to me. The second instance, I requested my scuba Y2K wide leg pants to be hemmed. Again, I never received any notice that they were ready. I called the store and the manager helped me with finding them. Shout out to Mark, he was very nice on the phone and helped set up the pick up. But there seems to be a break in communication here, and I’m told it’s not only at this store or specific to me as a customer/ long time member. Lululemon, please fix this, many of your members are not happy. Thank you.

  No reason to waste my time writing a full review. Similar experience to everyone else. Extremely rude manager. Corporate needs to wake up and have a conversation with her. Not everyone is a keyboard warrior just keep it up with your 1 star reviews.

  Rachel and David were amazing! They both went out of their way to help make my shopping experience a very positive one. Rachel took her time to discuss trending colors and assisted me in selecting beautiful pieces. David finalized my purchase. Thank you both so much!
