  Visited on Saturday, June 27 around 1:30 p.m. to buy a new bra, and unfortunately the customer service was very disappointing. When I walked in, there was only one other customer in the store. I said hello to both employees, and neither acknowledged or greeted me back. That immediately made the store feel unwelcoming. The woman who eventually helped me seemed unfamiliar with the products and how they fit, while the male employee mostly stood nearby watching instead of offering any assistance. I had to leave the fitting room multiple times to ask for different sizes and colors because no one checked on me. The associate also brought me several bras in the wrong size, and after a while I ended up searching through the merchandise myself. One thing that stood out was that the male employee never offered to help despite seeing me repeatedly come out of the fitting room. In such a personal retail environment, I'd expect every employee to be knowledgeable, professional, and willing to assist customers so they feel comfortable. Instead, the interaction felt awkward and unprofessional. In the end, I left without making a purchase and went to Victoria's Secret instead, where I bought two bras and five pairs of underwear for about the price of a single bra at this store. I expected a much better fitting experience and customer service from a specialty bra retailer.
