- MRmari ramirezAug 16, 20261.0Jackie the manager is very rude and the return policy is terrible. The few times I’ve gone on there she’s always angry seems like she hates her job…….
- TWTara WestAug 16, 20264.0I’m leaving this review to give props to Chasity. 2:47 pm 8-15 (yesterday) I encountered an employee at the register that was incredibly rude. Chasity swooped in and saved the day with her incredible customer service. She was warm and informative. The other girl didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to do her job. Thanks Chasity!
- AAAlexiaAug 15, 20265.0Chasidy was so helpful & helped me find what I needed!
- ARA. R.Aug 15, 20265.0The staff was quick to help me and very attentive! I was able to fine what I needed and I love it!!
- NNnaijayemmAug 11, 20261.0A couple weeks ago I was here, the sales associate said that the online system wouldn’t process returns. Today, when I brought in my returns, the sales associate said that the PayPal feature is unavailable. Putting the funds on a giftcard was the only option. Seems this EXPRESS got problems. No courtesy or good customer services from employees. I don’t suggest coming here. Deterring me away from the brand if online purchases weren’t an option.
