- TWTara West5 days ago4.0I’m leaving this review to give props to Chasity. 2:47 pm 8-15 (yesterday) I encountered an employee at the register that was incredibly rude. Chasity swooped in and saved the day with her incredible customer service. She was warm and informative. The other girl didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to do her job. Thanks Chasity!

Today, when I brought in my returns, the sales associate said that the PayPal feature is unavailable. Putting the funds on a giftcard was the only option. Seems this EXPRESS got problems. No courtesy or good customer services from employees. I don’t suggest coming here. Deterring me away from the brand if online purchases weren’t an option.

The store’s current inventory was mostly summer items with a few fall colors, so it took a bit of navigating, but thanks to Chasidy, the process was smooth and stress-free. Because my father is older, he has specific fit preferences related to his age and weight. Chasidy listened carefully and directed us to both casual and more formal pants in the straight fit he wanted, explaining why each option would work well for him. My father was ecstatic about his purchase, and I loved seeing him so happy with his new items, which met his standard of being classy yet comfortable. We truly appreciated her warm, friendly welcome and expert guidance, and we will definitely be back once the store transitions to its full fall and winter collection.
