  Such a fabulous collection! Needed dressy shoe that glittered, found at least 3 to choose from. Friendly staff, too!

  I had a very disappointing and embarrassing experience at DSW Old Orchard. I purchased a pair of Clark shoes and wore them at home to check the size . Unfortunately, I slipped while wearing them. Same week of receiving shoes ordered online. (Still in the return window). Also when I received the shoe it was already worn and dirty. When I went to return the shoes, the manager, Veronica, and her associates refused to issue a refund to my original payment method because the shoes had been worn. Instead, they gave me store credit. I got store credit spent another $11 to use store credit. The manager n whole team refused to return the shoes. Called higher management they asked to give store credit. I should not have to take the store credit according to policy they should send give me refund original payment method but they didn't. And I don't want to insult myself more in that store so I took store credit and closed my DSW account. What made the experience even worse was that I felt embarrassed in front of all employees and other customers. I believe customers deserve to be treated with respect and understanding. This experience has completely changed my opinion of DSW. I no longer wish to shop here, and I am considering closing my account. I will not be returning.

  Product, not available on the floor they said they did not have any other inventory in the back.They did not assist in finding the boxes to the shoes that were on display. I had a pickup order when I received my order. My box was cut in half, and I asked if they had another one available, simply responded with NO THATS IT and resumed to say next customer.

  I had a wonderful experience at this shoe store, especially thanks to Cara! She was incredibly patient and helpful throughout my visit. I needed something very specific, and she took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciated it as she made the whole experience so much easier!

  After 2 months of being barely worn or used, the shoes I was sold started to completely fall apart. I wasn’t given a refund or an exchange for such a faulty item.
