  Here is the most generic workout clothes (you can get anywhere btw) for the affordable price of $80-$140 per item... golden doodle approved.. must provide idiot tax to purchase.

  Terrible customer service i called to put items on hold. 1.they cancelled my in store order, and no one could give me an explanation as to why 2. The girl hung up on me as I was trying to tell her the items I wanted 3. I drove 2 hours to get here and no one can find my items. They refused to offer me a discount for the inconvenience. I will not continue to shop from ALO

  This Alo is awful. The employees are so incredibly rude and it is a miserable shopping experience. I don't ever leave reviews but the way they treat customers is inexcusable. The way the employees treat you is reason enough to not spend money on their overpriced items.

  I am really disheartened by the attitude of the team at this location. I purchased two pairs of pants with a gift card and the remainder on my Visa on the Alo app. This is not an uncommon occurrence. I came in less than a week after I receive my items, to just do a simple exchange. The manager thought I was insane for not understanding that they can’t do exchanges for online purchases even though their app clearly states that you can do this. The cashier was obnoxious and kept rolling her eyes while on the phone with customer service. Again, I wanted to just simply exchange and was not asking for money back and it was a 45 minute ordeal where the only resolve was that I just needed to have faith that the corporate customer service would refund me within 24 hours via a giftcard sent digitally to my email. This killing the sail of the exchange for which I was going to spend even more $. I walked away so annoyed and just wanted to have a nice shopping experience while on my lunch break. I didn’t buy or exchange anything. What a joke! I’ve been in retail my entire life and have never had such an overly complicated and absurd transaction over a situation that is very normal. Alo, change this policy and stop with the insanity over exchanges! Will not be shopping at Alo again.
