  Bought a basic t shirt online that came a was small and see through. I bought it 2 weeks ago. Came here to return it, never worn, with the receipt, and they wouldn’t refund me my $30 because I didn’t have the tag. She told me I could call customer service? For a $30 shirt. Nevermind I went out of my way to return it in store. I just left it on the counter. Never shopping at American Eagle or Aerie again.

  i cannot say i have been more satisfied with an aerie's location besides the one at old orchard. there is simply NOTHING short of perfection at this location. like i SAID, from the prices, to the cleanliness, to the absolute phenomenal customer service. one employee in particular (her name was some letter of the alphabet, like dei or kay) WAS exceptionally kind and professional. she assisted me in finding the exact pairs of shorts i needed, offered to help me in the changing room, and took me around the store and TRUEly showed me everything (AND all with a smile on her face). at one point, she had mentioned that she was still a new employee to the store, having only been working there for a couple of weeks. THIS absolutely blue my mind, as the attention and quality care i received from her did not indicate such newness to the position and ISn't something i was expecting. i will be coming back to this location, and maybe A sister location, and i will (no JOKE) be recommending it to others.

  Horrible!! Associates have no idea what is going on , associates on their phone on the floor laughing at Tik Toks with a busy store!!!
