  Very disappointing experience. Before purchasing a dress, I specifically asked the cashier if I would be able to return it in case it didn’t work with my shoes and accessories. She assured me that I could return it within two weeks. I came back only a few days later with the dress unworn and was suddenly told that it was not eligible for return. There was no tag on the dress stating that it was final sale, and I was never warned about it during the purchase. When I explained what the previous cashier had told me, the only response I received was that the employee had made a mistake. I asked to speak with a manager, and the cashier simply said that she was the manager, without introducing herself. She then handled the dress rudely, put it back into the bag, and handed it to me with a very dismissive attitude. I understand that stores have return policies, but customers should be clearly informed before paying—especially when they directly ask about returns. I made this purchase based on the information provided by their own employee, yet I was the one expected to accept the consequences of her mistake. This was handled very unprofessionally.

  if i could give this 0 stars i would. came in the store bought 2 dresses and asked whats the return policy they said 2 weeks. Came back within the 2 week like 4 days later and said we cant return it because its and non returnable item. I would understand if i didn’t ask the policy but they didn’t say or tell me anything about the dress being non returnabel. 80 bucks DOWN THE DRAIN. The worker was not understanding and kept saying she understands and blah blah blah but if she did she would let us return it and go on but no she said we could make an exchange like no? worst store in woodfield mall. don’t shop here.

  Went there yesterday with my friend to pick out prom dresses. No workers were willing to help with getting dresses down off the wall and once I had gotten it down myself the workers decided they'd "help" me. While browsing I had asked about the return policy online compared to in person and the girl was extremely dismissive. Once I had gotten my dress picked out I got in line to ask about putting it on hold so I can pick it up at the end of the day (I had done this before and last year they gave me until the end of the day). The girls in line in front of me were also putting their dresses on hold and the employee asked for their name,phone number, etc, written on a piece of paper and told them they had until the end of the day. Once I got to the counter the first employee that was rude to me prior whispered something to the second employee which resulted in her being extremely rude. I kindly asked for my dress to be held and all she asked for was my first name and told me she'd only hold it for an hour. I was extremely humilated and didn't return for the dress after. All I wanted to do was buy a dress and all the workers not only discouraged me to do so but also made me feel bad for shopping at THEIR store. I won't be going back to a store run by highschool bullies.
