We went back for exchange, but the lady was there seems she doesn’t like that they give us nice box for the glass we purchased and she start questioning that they were not supposed to do that, she even tried to take it back, come on its just a box. That was unprofessional, 3 stars for the guy we purchased from first time was nice and professional.

I forget who the gentleman and ladies name who were working today (march 20th) at 2pm but they were extremely helpful and kind. They helped both my husband and i find a new pair of sunglasses. Honestly top notch customer service that blew me away.

The associates are very helpful and knowledge on the sunglasses. I was contemplating between some Aviators with a blue lens and another one with a Rose Gold frame and they were able to find me one that had both and ordered me a brand new pair on top of that! Would highly recommend this location if you need new sunglasses!
