  Workers are nice (reason for 2 stars). Bought 1 piece of 3 bins of clothing. There was new with tags, nordstrom, Victoria secret and nike. Not really sure what they actually will buy.

The staff demonstrated an exceptional standard of professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness, creating an atmosphere that was both welcoming and refined. W staff. Their genuine commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout my visit. The store itself was impeccably maintained and thoughtfully organised, with an impressive selection of stylish, high-quality clothing at remarkably accessible prices. Felt cute, kept shopping. The care taken in curating and presenting the merchandise made the shopping experience seamless and thoroughly enjoyable. What distinguished this visit was the team’s meticulous attention to detail and their ability to provide assistance without being intrusive. Plato’s Closet Schaumburg delivers an exceptional balance of quality, affordability, and outstanding service. It's the real deal Neal.   On August 24, 2026, around 5:45 PM, I took in some of my daughter's clothes that were in excellent condition—including items like nearly new North Face jackets. They didn't buy anything from me. Supposedly, the reason was the style of the clothing my daughter's style is exactly what they sell. I actually feel like they didn't even check what was really in the bag. I bring clothes in often and they usually buy them, but the staff member I dealt with this time wasn't the best. I am very disappointed.
