I needed help with a return on the second floor (near the women’s restroom) the employee was initially friendly but noticeably changed her attitude once she realized I wasn’t making a purchase. She left me in the middle of my return to help another guest, leaving me standing there waiting. She had short blonde hair and was wearing a blazer I don’t remember her name but I hope management looks into this, because the experience was genuinely uncomfortable.

Alexander was a great listener and took the time to show me each step. Alexander provided me with a wide variety of product recommendations, keeping in mind what products I already had/ what types of products I prefer. I would absolutely recommend Alexander to anyone looking to have this service done!

She helped me pick out several fragrances, including Maison Francis Kurkdjian and Parfums de Marly, and her knowledge was outstanding. She took the time to explain the different scents, answer all of my questions, and helped me find fragrances that matched exactly what I was looking for. On top of that, she was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Her customer service was exceptional, and she made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who is both so knowledgeable and so welcoming. Thank you, Katie, for all your help. Nordstrom is lucky to have you!
