She helped me pick out several fragrances, including Maison Francis Kurkdjian and Parfums de Marly, and her knowledge was outstanding. She took the time to explain the different scents, answer all of my questions, and helped me find fragrances that matched exactly what I was looking for. On top of that, she was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Her customer service was exceptional, and she made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who is both so knowledgeable and so welcoming. Thank you, Katie, for all your help. Nordstrom is lucky to have you!

Last time I just waited about 25 minutes for them to find the lipstick I needed, consultat women was periodically distracted by other customers! This not respect! And today it's just crazy service! I bought lipstick and a pencil, again the same woman didn't finish serving me, called another, and went to another customer! I also asked for a small sample of perfume at the end to try, they said that there were no empty jars, then they accidentally found it, and she let me take the perfume I like myself, but the jar was broken,this woman just taped it with tape so that it wouldn't spill🫣🫣! I have never received such service before, but I will never go back there again!
