  Terrible unprofessional service The workers here act as if we couldn’t afford Michael kors and act like they are to good to help us. We had a older polish lady helping us named Anna She was so rude and pushy , she was giving dirty looks and gossiping with a older blonde guy who I found out is the store manager who as I noticed is the cause of such a unpleasant experience He was laughing and gossiping with her while we were in the store. This isn’t a good look and these two shouldn’t be in customer service with that kind of poor attitude. We ended up going to the Michael Kors in rosemont, the experience was wonderful and the staff was friendly, kind, and professional. Do not shop at Michael kors woodfield

  Love shopping at Michael Kors. Nice selection, good quality, and very professional customer service. Employees were polite and helped me choose the perfect bag. Always a good experience.

  I always find the best deals at this location!! I have bought 2 sunglasses last time I came here which was on sale. Lately they have Christmas sales. Totes and some shoulder bags are $159 and crossbody bags are $99. Staff is super friendly and informative. The store is pretty small compared to other MK locations but again I always find good deals here.
