As soon as you don’t buy anything employee doesn’t even say bye back. Won’t be purchasing anything from here for sure!

Terrible unprofessional service The workers here act as if we couldn’t afford Michael kors and act like they are to good to help us. We had a older polish lady helping us named Anna She was so rude and pushy , she was giving dirty looks and gossiping with a older blonde guy who I found out is the store manager who as I noticed is the cause of such a unpleasant experience He was laughing and gossiping with her while we were in the store. This isn’t a good look and these two shouldn’t be in customer service with that kind of poor attitude. We ended up going to the Michael Kors in rosemont, the experience was wonderful and the staff was friendly, kind, and professional. Do not shop at Michael kors woodfield

After looking at some bags, we decided against purchasing. On our way out, I overheard a male employee say that we should “try Amazon”. I’m assuming he meant because we looked cheap. Not returning here to shop ever again. Hopefully he decides on a different career path because customer service isn’t something he is good at.
