  I wanted to take a moment to recognize Roe for the excellent customer service he provided during my visit. A particular pair of pants caught my attention while I was shopping, but I was having a difficult time finding exactly what I was looking for. Roe immediately stepped in and offered to help. What really stood out to me was how genuinely willing he was to assist. At no point did he make me feel like I was bothering him or inconveniencing him. Roe took the time to help me find exactly what I wanted and made sure I was taken care of before I left the store. His friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference in my shopping experience. You don’t always come across employees who make customers feel this valued and comfortable asking for help. Roe is an excellent representation of what great customer service should look like, and I hope management recognizes him for it. Employees like Roe deserve recognition!

  I’m very disappointed with the quality of this shirt. My husband has worn it only about five times over the past four months, and it already shows signs of wear that I would not expect from a premium brand like Lululemon. The most frustrating part is that the shirt has developed noticeable pulls around the collar/neck area, as well as several pulls throughout the fabric. This happened after very limited use and normal wear, which is unacceptable for a product at this price point. Unfortunately, I did not keep the receipt because I trusted the quality of the product and assumed it would last much longer. I also have a Lululemon account, but when I made the purchase, the associate did not ask for my account information. As a result, the purchase was never linked to my profile, and I have no record of it in my account. For a shirt at this price point, I expected much better durability. The quality simply does not match the reputation of the brand. I have always associated Lululemon with high-quality products, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I hope Lululemon will pay more attention to product quality and customer purchase tracking in the future.

  I love a good Lulu experience. This location is chaotic and the staff are interested in folding clothes and talking amongst each other. Great store size, too much scattered around and not kept up IMO.

  Mackenzie was fantastic. She was very authentic and kind and was committed to me having a great shopping experience. I’ll be back!
