The 2 older women working the pickup desk were so rude and talking about other employees while customers were standing waiting for service. I would expect that behavior from a teenager not grown women. Very negative employees at this store.

I rarely shop in brick and mortar stores (its like they stopped trying and know they are a disappointment). But JC Penny made it a quick and easy experience to find what I needed, be happy with my merchandise's quality and style, and satisfied with the value in their savings. 100% will return for my next brick and mortar shopping experience.
