- RRrandy rusnadi1 day ago1.0Poor customer service. I did shop here usually for holiday, but I'll never coming back or shopping at express ever again. I try returning 1 item, was not accepted, and was rudely told it is a sale item, and not returnable. I purchase sale item before at HM and was inform that any red tag or sale are final sale, which i understand that. But this register lady, accused that I've been informed by her associate when purchasing this. As i informed her that i have never informed about that before, when i pay my purchase. Well, we wont be supporting this store brand ever again. Also why call it SALE when it is actually, FINAL SALE?? It's very misleading
