Used their website to cancel the order twice and received zero reply. Called delivery location, no call back. Cancelled the order through my credit card company. Poor customer service, high prices, Not a great company.

The sticks were showing, the cantaloupe and honeydew didn't have the ridges. My mom even told me some of the strawberries weren't fresh anymore. This bouquets are pretty pricey and you would think that they'd be worth your money. Terrible experience.
