  I was incredibly impressed by the overall design and presentation of the store. The clothing was displayed so elegantly, and it was clear that a tremendous amount of thought and attention to detail went into everything from top to bottom. The entire store felt elevated, polished, and visually impressive. In fact, one of the mannequins Chris had designed caught my attention from very far away. The styling was so well done that it immediately stood out and drew me in. That alone says a lot about his talent for visual merchandising. He has an incredible eye for fashion and presentation, and I genuinely think he should be helping design and merchandise all of the stores. I also want to specifically recognize Chris as the store manager. He was extremely friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. He was willing to share his expertise and offered thoughtful suggestions about what pieces to pair with different outfits. It never felt pushy. It felt like he genuinely understood fashion and wanted to help create a complete look. Upper management should absolutely take notice of what Chris is doing at this location. The way he styles, merchandises, and presents the clothing makes both the store and the merchandise feel more luxurious and high-end. He clearly understands how to make the product look its best while also creating a memorable experience for the customer. I was genuinely taken aback by how beautiful the store looked and by the level of detail throughout. Chris is clearly an asset to the company and deserves recognition for his talent and the experience he creates. He should be designing stores and sharing his merchandising expertise across the company. And quite frankly, he deserves a raise!

  Bought new dress pants online and a member. Store told me they charge to offer basic tailoring ( website states this is not true). They also charged more than the tailored around. Not going back.

  The guy who answered my call today(Jan 10th) regarding a shirt i ordered before was a complete jerk . Such an attitude is not proper of a retail associate. Specially of a renown brand, really disappointing. Whoever the manager is, is not doing a good job on tracking the items that have been requested by customers.
