Sofia helped me today find jeans that are my size. She is amazing and helped me find two jeans that are long enough for me. Everyone is so kind. Definitely will be coming back to this location.

What kind of place doesn’t accept returns with out photo id with original receipt and all tags not even removed from clothing after one day of buying

Went in to just took. Grabbed some socks. One older Asian lady was dealing with a return with 2 people. And the like started piling up. Another employee opens a register and looks at my fiancé and I and waves us over to check us out. As soon as I start putting the socks on the counter the lady already helping out the couple rudely says “umm yeah this guy was next. You need to go back in line” AS IF the guy, who I didn’t know had his own return, was next in line considering he was with his girlfriend/wife. So I go back in line and it starts piling up with a few more people. The first cashier WALKS away from the line and goes to the front to start talking to someone else. My purchase wasn’t big - but I put the socks away and I will not be shopping at that location EVER again. Very unprofessional with the attitude and then very unprofessional while a line was starting to form. I work retail myself and I would NEVER do that. Again - will never be shopping at this location
