  First time coming to Alo, and when I walk in, I did not get greeted by the greater but the people behind me did. It is very obvious that they discriminate based on the clothes or ethnicity. First impression. Not coming back.

  The employees were not knowledgeable about the products, their customer service was very poor, and even the manager was unfriendly and very rude. Thorough employee training is needed, and I never want to visit this store again.

  The worst customer service ever.They messed up my order and is taking a week sameone to respond to my emails.If you want to contact them by phone, pray to God that someone will pick up your call.it os look like they customer service is located in India-so you have to also account the time difference.

  had my boyfriend go in store, and he was treated disrespectfully by the staff members where he was criticized for asking for clothing in different length sizes. the employees treated him super unprofessionally and rudely, i've shopped with alo in other locations before and the staff were never this rude. they told him to "put down the clothing if he couldn't afford it". this is unacceptable behavior and i would never shop at this location.

  The manager at this store was extremely unprofessional and discriminatory. I regularly spend hundreds of dollars at Alo Yoga, and during my last purchase (around $600), I bought several items including a sweatshirt. When I got home, I noticed the sweatshirt had stains on it, so I went back to return it. The manager refused to accept the return and accused me of wearing it multiple times and then trying to return it. That was completely untrue. When I asked what made her assume that, she said this is something she has seen “people like me” do, which was offensive and unacceptable. I asked for her name, and she refused to provide it. If I had actually worn the sweatshirt, why would I return it without even trying to clean it? I also contacted customer service, but they were no help either. Overall, this was a very disappointing and low-quality experience. I will not be shopping at Alo Yoga again. I should have stayed with Lululemon, where the customer service is consistently much better.
