  Racist/discrimination at its finest. You will be side eyed and watched like a hawk.i turned around and had 3 employees watching me(btw i came in with no purse just a wallet lol) i put my things down and walked out.

  Second Review: Sandy made the whole thing easy. I walked in and she greeted me right away with a really uplifting, happy attitude. I was looking for clothes for my daughter and she pointed me to pieces she was actually wearing herself. She walked me through the sizing, gave me the color options, and told me why they'd be great for fall and how they run. Quick, easy, seamless. This is my second visit. The other one was the Schaumburg location at Woodfield Mall, and both experiences have been ten out of ten. If you stop in, ask for Sandy. She's friendly and she'll actually help you through the purchase instead of just ringing you up. Walked into ALO not really knowing what I wanted and Alondra greeted me right away. I told her I was shopping for a gift for my partner and her outfit happened to be exactly the kind of fit my partner would love, so I asked about it and ended up grabbing the same set. From there she walked me through the best sellers she actually recommends, helped me figure out sizing, talked through colors, and pulled other options I wouldn’t have thought to look at on my own. I came in for one pair of leggings. I left over $500 deep because every single thing she put in front of me was perfect. Nothing felt pushy. She was just genuinely good at her job and clearly knows the product. Last time I was in this store the experience was rough, and honestly I almost didn’t come back. Alondra completely turned that around. If you go, ask for her. She is the reason this trip was worth the money and the drive.

  Horrible experience at this location. Will definitely not be returning back. Came in for an order pick up, as soon as I walked in with my sister the employee at the front side eyed another employee and smirked as if they were laughing. We felt extremely uncomfortable, and made sure to tell the lady that was at the cash register that as employees they can definitely use some lesson on how to greet others.
