  I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt I needed to share it. I visited the store to exchange a pair of Oakley glasses that cost about $220 for a less expensive pair of Ray-Bans that I preferred. When I arrived, an employee named Marcus saw me but didn’t greet me or ask if I needed assistance. I explained that I wanted to exchange my glasses and showed him a picture of the Ray-Ban model I was looking for. Throughout most of the interaction, Marcus barely spoke. He simply nodded, checked for the glasses, and handed them to me to try on. After deciding to take them, we went to the register to begin the exchange process. Even then, he still wasn’t communicating. I asked how much the glasses cost before the exchange was completed, but he didn’t answer and continued processing the transaction. Eventually, he told me that only $10 would be refunded to my card. When I asked for the price of the Ray-Bans, he said they were $197. I then showed him that the same model was listed online for $157. When I asked if the store could match the price, he seemed annoyed and asked if I wanted him to return and redo the transaction. I politely said yes and even apologized for taking up his time, despite the pricing issue not being my fault. The situation became even more frustrating when he initially said he could only offer store credit. Another employee stepped in and suggested issuing a check instead, which is what I ended up choosing. I understand that everyone has bad days, but customer service still matters. Whether a customer is purchasing an expensive item or trying to save money on a different model, they deserve basic communication and respect. I work in a customer-facing job myself, and I would never treat someone this way. The issue wasn’t the exchange itself—it was the lack of communication, professionalism, and courtesy throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.

  I had a bad experience at a different location (Old Orchard) where they didn’t know how to process a basic exchange with a gift receipt. Mustafa and Angel took care of me right away. They handled the exchange smoothly and quickly with no issues at all. Very happy with their professionalism and customer service.

  The manager is so arrogant and rude his name is mostafa or whatever his name is you are the reason why we didn't buy rayban meta and rayban wayfarers learn some customer service.
