- TDTaniya DSep 14, 20263.0We went into the store and ready to shop all the associates were nice and patient with us. One girl was helping my mom and the other girl was helping me and my husband. The store manager (Chavela) came up and told the associates only 1 should help us not 2 people and made us uncomfortable because we were getting great service up until that moment. DONT SHOP IN THIS LOCATION

Angelina (sp?) was very helpful with showing me all the different styles they had there and finding glasses for me to try on. Note the sales price stickers on the glasses are telling you that the prices on the glasses are the for sale price (wad a little confusing) Great selection and found a great pair of Oakleys as well.

I walked in with no prior knowledge of sunglasses and what would be best suitable for me when I was approached by Edith. She is such a delight, practically my hype woman when trying sunglasses on but also very honest if it wasn’t suitable for my face. I purchased a beautiful pair of Ray Bans that I adore thanks to Edith!

None of the employees asked if we needed help, and after purchasing two pairs of glasses, I realized one of them was the display pair. No one mentioned that I wasn’t receiving a new pair. I was also given the glasses in just the case—no box or packaging. Once I got outside, I noticed the lenses had smudges and marks that I couldn’t see in the dim lighting inside the store. I was in a rush and couldn’t go back, but it was frustrating. I spent over $450 on two pairs of glasses, so I expected to receive two brand-new pairs. Being given a display pair without any explanation was disappointing and left a bad impression.
