The two employees standing at the checkout counter were more focused on their personal conversation over the checkout line. I’m the only one in line and neither employee greets me, acknowledges me, or says anything to me. I had to start the conversation. Poor attitude, poor customer service. Pricing of the shoes were great though, $30 for a nice pair of heels. Only wish the customer service was better then I’d really be making my way to the store regularly.

This place SUCKS. They do not care about you at all!!!! I would rate this place negative five stars if possible. I liked a shoe in the store but the left one was clearly worn out compared to the right so I asked to order one online and have it shipped to my house and they sent me the EXACT PAIR I SAW IN THE STORE. I called the store and they said that it was the stores fault, that they ordered it wrong but offered and did NOTHING to make it right. The only option I had was to buy it again over the phone or drive to return it. I live 30min from this place!!! Parking there isn’t free anymore!!! This place is awful AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I walked into the store I was greeted by Myriah the sales associate on staff at the time and she was absolutely wonderful. She didn’t hover and she was so very helpful and warm the entire time I was in the store. I would definitely return. Good prices. Good service

Super helpful and nice sales associates. If they don't have your size ask.
