  피팅룸에서 우연히 직원이랑 이야기를 하게되었어요. 바지 사이즈를 잘못 갖고와서 10벌이나 새로 갖다 달라고 해서 한참 이리저리 왔다갔다 해서 너무 미안했어요. 그러면서 이야기를 하게 되었는데 독학으로 한국말을 배웠다며 “제 이름은 찬양이예요.” 자기 소개를 하던 praise 직원이 너무 귀여웠고 진짜 너어어어어어어무 친절했어요. Praise 씨 고마워용!

  I just walked in the store too look around but too my surprise security started following me around the store and clearly I’m out shopping and I’m literally holding a Levi’s shopping bag I will not be returning!!!!

  Friendly and helpful staff. Although the product variety is limited, they offer practical items for daily wear, with substantial discounts on specific products and colors. It is the most satisfying store in the mall in this regard. Worth a visit.

  Saturday May 16th around 5pm or so was met with more surveillance then service. Mind you this a store we regularly visit and spend hard earned money on. Didn’t care to ask for a name he was slender with a blond ish combover wearing a black polo with khaki type pants. There was an employee who assisted in helping open a dressing room who continued joking with us until we checked out she was helpful as well as the cashier who checked us out. Taller gentleman who informed us about a coupon that was available. While being so courteous and helpful we also informed him of the lack of service we received but not so much of the side eyes and surveillance we were receiving as well. The lightheartedness of those workers was still hardly enough to make up for the initial discomfort placed upon regular frequenting customers. Being hospitable and creating a feeling of being welcomed no matter the ethnicity, color of skin or weather you show up after work in your work cloths or dressed to impress the service should remain the same through any interaction. Very displeased with this visit, while still being appreciative of the team members who did extend themselves to make us actually feel welcomed and valued.

  I had an outstanding experience at this location, specifically thanks to Darius. After a very uncomfortable encounter at the Oakbrook location, the service here was a breath of fresh air. Darius was incredibly patient and professional. He helped me find the perfect blazer and walked me through several shirt options that fit my style perfectly for my trip this week for work in Las Vegas. He went above and beyond by checking in on us throughout the process and even followed up after our purchase to ensure we were satisfied. We ended up spending $700 here, and it was worth every penny for the level of respect and care we received. Ask for Darius if you want to be treated right!
