  Oh bad experience… store advised me price match later for big sale and I was trying to do that in two weeks, manager asked me to bring things back and return. Worst.. ever.. not going back there any more!!

  The worst customer service at any Ralph Lauren I have experienced. Walked past two blonde female associates who did not say hello or ask if I needed help. When I asked for a fitting room, one of them pointed at the back area of the store and someone back there will help me, then walked off. The manager of this store must be in dire straits for employees, or doesn’t care what their store reputation is.

  피팅룸에서 우연히 직원이랑 이야기를 하게되었어요. 바지 사이즈를 잘못 갖고와서 10벌이나 새로 갖다 달라고 해서 한참 이리저리 왔다갔다 해서 너무 미안했어요. 그러면서 이야기를 하게 되었는데 독학으로 한국말을 배웠다며 “제 이름은 찬양이예요.” 자기 소개를 하던 praise 직원이 너무 귀여웠고 진짜 너어어어어어어무 친절했어요. Praise 씨 고마워용!

  I just walked in the store too look around but too my surprise security started following me around the store and clearly I’m out shopping and I’m literally holding a Levi’s shopping bag I will not be returning!!!!

  Friendly and helpful staff. Although the product variety is limited, they offer practical items for daily wear, with substantial discounts on specific products and colors. It is the most satisfying store in the mall in this regard. Worth a visit.
