- DRDeep ReddyJun 16, 20261.0I’m not happy and not satisfied with their service, they have very huge prices compared to other stores and they don’t take care of a customer in positive. The guy with cream hair is very rude and he hesitates to take out the watches and show us as required.He is not patient and he’s always in a mood to kick out the customer out.However I’m not going to visit this store in future. Don’t try to make any purchases here and many watches here have a battery issue and the guys at the front don’t help in doing any favor. I would rate 2/10 for this store in the fashion outlets of Chicago.

She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel effortless. She truly took the time to ensure I was comfortable and confident in my purchase, and it was a pleasure working with her from start to finish. Although I was not working directly with Latoria, she still stepped in to offer additional support, insight, and assistance. That kind of above and beyond mindset speaks volumes about the team and the Movado brand as a whole. Exceptional service, exceptional people. This is the kind of experience that keeps customers coming back. Highly recommend.
