- EVElizabeth VSep 13, 20262.0I've been to this store multiple times to purchase gifts for my husband and it is almost always an unpleasant experience. The young man with glasses and blonde hair is very judgemental and combative. He speaks to you as if you don't have enough money to even be in the store. He was essentially quizzing my husband on the watches he wanted to look at before letting him see them, so I didn't even want to make a purchase. I gave one extra star for the associate, I believe her name is Glinda. I have only seen her once but she was beyond helpful and kind. I will only go back to this location if I see she is the one working.

- DRDeep ReddyJun 16, 20261.0I’m not happy and not satisfied with their service, they have very huge prices compared to other stores and they don’t take care of a customer in positive. The guy with cream hair is very rude and he hesitates to take out the watches and show us as required.He is not patient and he’s always in a mood to kick out the customer out.However I’m not going to visit this store in future. Don’t try to make any purchases here and many watches here have a battery issue and the guys at the front don’t help in doing any favor. I would rate 2/10 for this store in the fashion outlets of Chicago.
