- CYConejo YankeeSep 22, 20261.0⭐️ 1 Star I had a very unpleasant experience with the cashier, Edna, during my purchase. Her attitude was extremely rude and aggressive. She was raising her voice at me over the receipt, even though the receipt had already been placed inside the shopping bag. I calmly asked her not to yell at me and to lower her tone of voice, but the interaction was still very uncomfortable and unnecessary. I also asked for her name because I wanted to know who I was speaking with. She initially told me her name was “Ana,” but I later learned that her name was Edna. That made the situation even more concerning. Customer service should be respectful and professional, especially when dealing with customers who are simply trying to complete a purchase. Her attitude and the way she spoke to me were completely inappropriate for this type of customer-facing position. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the way customers are treated at this location.

- DNDaryl NitzMay 25, 20265.0Brian is really great. He goes the extra mile for his customers. I'm unfamiliar with a lot of MKors merchandise. It seems incredibly overpriced tbh. This location, unlike other stores in the mall (Gucci, Versace, Armani, Boss, etc) really have some great prices, sales, and offers. These "deals" also seem to apply to most of the merchandise. Whereas, other stores have their "sales" apply to a limited selection of merchandise. I could not be happier with my shopping experience at this MKors Outlet. Thank you, Brian & staff!
