  I went for their semi annual sale, and they have a good sale selection, I was surprised. The russian speaking girl in a headscarf was super helpful, as english for me is difficult to speak, she saw that right away and starting helping me in russian. I got 4 bras and 5 underwear all under 200 during the sale! I like that they let you try the undergarments on here unlike other stores where you buy and then have to return it later. Will be back soon for the new collections

  I had an amazing experience here. The young girl who helped me (I do not think I got her name but she was the young girl wearing a hijab) was very patient, and kind and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, even though I was super indecisive and could not make up my mind. She made sure I was doing okay in the fitting room which is nice of her because in other places they just put you in a fitting room and do not check in on you and ignore you, but I definitely did not feel ignored here! Highly recommend if you like one on one attention and have a difficult time choosing what you need.

  I had an excellent experience at this store. The customer service was outstanding, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. A special thank you to Sofiia, who went above and beyond to help both me and my mother. She was knowledgeable, patient, and truly cared about finding the best solutions for our needs. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable and understood everything clearly. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. As Ukrainian customers, we especially appreciated that Sofiia was able to communicate with us in both English and Ukrainian. It made the experience even more comfortable and welcoming, and we truly valued her willingness to assist us in our native language. I highly recommend this store and especially Sofiia to anyone looking for exceptional service. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
