  I get a couple new pair of summer jeans and A-line shorts from Calvin each year. I appreciate the kind staff and quality of the clothing.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Calvin Klein store. I ordered a jacket because my size was not available in-store. When the package arrived at my home, they sent the wrong item. I had to go back to the store to fix their mistake and reorder the correct jacket. Before placing the second order, I specifically asked about the delivery time and was clearly told it would arrive within 5–14 days. However, when I later checked the system, it showed delivery on the 26th, which is well beyond the promised timeframe. Because I am traveling abroad, this delay caused serious inconvenience. Due to their mistake and inaccurate information, I had to waste my time going to the store twice. Very unprofessional and disappointing service. Order number : 12345678

  If I can put less than 1 star , I would. Today (1/29/24) around 3:30pm , I went into the Calvin Klein store hoping to exchange a shirt for another shirt , exact price and everything. We didn’t have the receipt , so we asked an employee (she was wearing glasses) for help and is there any other way to exchange it. She the proceeded to ask for the last 4 #’s of the card we used , but since we used Apple Pay, the numbers come out different from the card number. We then showed her our bank statement showing we purchased it at Rosemont , in that specific store. During the whole encounter , she gave us attitude , she looked annoyed & simply didn’t care to help us at all. She then walked away , to help another customer , while she was still helping us , so I just left. 0/10 customer service. Very rude.
