  Went into this location on a Sunday. The aisles and racks were pretty full of merchandise. I brought in two bags of clothes to sell and they took 3 pieces for $10. Not bad, but when I was told it was because they were being very selective I had to make a review. I was waiting for the staff to look over my pieces that took longer than anticipated and they never text me to tell me it was completed. As I was waiting I was looking at the purse selection. I had previously asked about coach bags in particular and the staff told me they were holding those for a sale next weekend. Not sure what type of business model that is? I found a Dooney and Bourke bag. It was a crossbody wallet type bag. The tag clearly stated it was Dooney and Bourke but after inspecting the bag closely, it was a fake. The inside was clearly made of plastic and had no defining characteristics of a true authentic bag. If your being very selective I would double check the items your accepting

  Always has the best customer service. I bring in buys very often and they always give me good money for my items. Name brand clothing and shoes are well stocked. Love this place!

  I brought two baskets full of clothes. A lot were new with tags activewear. They dumped the baskets on the table took three things off the top and piled everything back into my baskets without even looking through the rest. They stated they are being really selective which I would believe if they had even looked at my clothes beyond the top layer of what they dumped. In and out in Less than 5 minutes.

  I Called On Fri 9am To Have An Associate Hold 3 Bags For Me. I Stopped During My Lunch Hr & Each Young Lady There Assisted Me With Professionalism & Smile. They Showed Me Multiple Purses & I Never Felt Rushed. I Really LOVE That. I Ended Up Getting 12 Bags! Definitely Coming Back ! Amazing Deals But Best Of All, Your Associates Where Fantastic! Thank You ❤️
