  Whoever that old lady is, is the RUDEST person I have ever encountered in my life. I do not ever leave reviews on any place because I understand sometimes people have bad days it happens to the best of us. With this older lady it is always constant that she is rude and inattentive to her staff and customers. I asked her for help and she stood on her phone texting pretty much the whole time and completely ignored me. I do come in often because who doesn’t love a good thrift session and EVERY single time I come in she is completely rude and dismissive. The younger girls who work at the counter are super amazing and super helpful and always have been. Very disappointed in my other experiences with the older woman. I will still be coming back because I love the other staff and the clothing they sell at a good price but I hope management can see this and do something about that woman.

  I used to shop at this location many times but it’s gone down hill. Staff is just horrible and rude teenage girls. I paid with cash on two items and the two girls working on ONE register side eyed each other and groaned. I’m far from a basic style and I dress alternative so of course, these two girls giggled and gave me rude very non subtle looks when I came in AND as i checked out with them. My friend goes to purchase and she uses her card buying only two items. She inserted her card and it wouldn’t work on the ipad device they use here. She tried again and again as the girls just looked at us blankly not offering any help, so of course I paid and got annoyed quickly. as we were leaving i looked at a coach bag on a table next to the register and mentioned how cute it was but it looked very fake and the two girls just laughed and said “it’s real but okay..” looking right at me. I won’t be coming back💖 fix your staff and the fake bags you put on the floor lol

  Not impressed. I brought 3 recycling bags of name brand clothes and shoes. All items were upcoming fall attire. When I returned within the hour. The associate mentioned " We are picky right now". They chose one item. "Do I have any questions?" In the future it may help to let the customer know right up front what specifically are needed. Waste of time for the employee and myself.

  Went into this location on a Sunday. The aisles and racks were pretty full of merchandise. I brought in two bags of clothes to sell and they took 3 pieces for $10. Not bad, but when I was told it was because they were being very selective I had to make a review. I was waiting for the staff to look over my pieces that took longer than anticipated and they never text me to tell me it was completed. As I was waiting I was looking at the purse selection. I had previously asked about coach bags in particular and the staff told me they were holding those for a sale next weekend. Not sure what type of business model that is? I found a Dooney and Bourke bag. It was a crossbody wallet type bag. The tag clearly stated it was Dooney and Bourke but after inspecting the bag closely, it was a fake. The inside was clearly made of plastic and had no defining characteristics of a true authentic bag. If your being very selective I would double check the items your accepting
