Not very happy with that experience. I showed up 15 min before my 9:30 appointment to only be told the equipment wasn’t there. I was also told it would only be a couple hour install. The equipment did not show up until 12pm. I had to leave my vehicle there because my fiancé had to go to work. I scheduled the appointment earlier enough this should not have been a problem.
