I was absolutely MORTIFIED when she sent me a video and photos of the flowers. The flowers my husband bought me from Walmart a week ago are more alive than what my boss received. I am literally shocked than anyone allowed this bouquet to leave the store let alone for the amount that was paid. Editing to add to the disappointment. I received a call after posting my experience. There was a lack of true accountability taken (the caller blamed the driver for the flowers), no genuine apology and to add insult to injury I was asked to remove my review because “well, we didn’t do it on purpose”. That was the entire purpose of her call. Nothing else. I have ordered flowers for my boss’s birthday every year and each year chosen a different place. Never would I have imagined this to be my experience with such a large company. I work as a Customer Advocacy Manager for a living. I deal with genuinely angry customers who have had horrible experiences and I could never imagine talking to them the way I was spoken to. And I was calm. The lack of empathy and zero interest in doing better sealed the deal for sure. My review was not rude or demeaning. Most importantly it was not untrue and it was MY experience. Truly disappointing.

No one called to inform me of a delay with my order, nor did they contact me to inform me that an item I ordered was out of stock. Mind you, I paid extra for the one hour delivery service. I do not recommend this location.
