First time here and I have to say I was satisfied with my experience
They explained how things work
Then followed the directions
And then decided to walk around the store with my family found a cute purse new and dirt cheap then went back to the front where I met the manager AJ she was super sweet gave my granddaughter a little toy to occupy her crabby self lol and then was ready to check out again gave me another explanation of why they chose certain clothing and where I can possibly take the rest (their sister store) and asked me if what they were offering for my items was a reasonable price and I got to admit it definitely was I was a happy camper lol yes I’m old school
Aj was so sweet and a joy to talk with
I’ll definitely go back with more stuff soon
Thanks for a pleasant experience 🤗🤗🤗
Oops I forgot to mention the first woman I spoke with was also a sweetheart just forgot her name 😊😊

Very disappointed in the customer service of this establishment. I asked to use the restroom and was told i could. Then a lady says she couldn’t fine the key, and proceeds to come back 5 minutes later to use the bathroom for herself knowing I was on the verge of an accident. I found this to be very disturbing and not ok. Definitely will not be returning to this location until management has been changed.

Customer service is horrible! And they’re discriminatory. As a poc just looking for decent pieces they were extremely unfriendly, disrespectful and rude. 10/10 don’t recommend. I will not be going back. Actually everyone there needs to be fired. I will be contacting corporate.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars the store was completely messed up looked 100% untaken care of the employees were no help at all I had to wait 10 minutes for them to get off their phones just to get a fitting room and when I did there was hangers all over the floor I could barely into it and after that experience when I went to go look at the clothes more I found so many different things on floor such as drinks clothing items etc it just looked very under managed and poorly taken care of and I got no help whatsoever Honestly, really disappointed with this establishment. The whole place was extremely messy and disorganized, making it hard to actually look through anything. On top of that, the employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful Customer service was basically nonexistent understand stores like this can get busy and messy, but there’s still a way to treat customers with basic respect I get that working retail isn’t always fun, but customers shouldn’t feel like they’re inconveniencing you by simply being there. I’ve had better customer service from a self-checkout machine Save your time, save your money, and honestly save yourself the headache you enjoy being surrounded by clutter while being treated like an inconvenience, then congratulations, you found your dream store please never shop here take this advice

The manager was incredibly helpful and friendly. The store is generally clean and organized. My biggest issue is that there are no working shopping carts, which makes me want to spend less time looking around. That seems like something corporate might want to do something about. Seems like an easy and relatively inexpensive way to improve the customer experience.
