  I stopped by Plato’s Closet recently, and every time I walk in, the experience reminds me why I keep coming back. The manager is consistently outstanding — always helpful, always professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure customers find exactly what they need. You can tell she knows her store inside and out, and that confidence makes the whole shopping trip smoother. The store is spotless every visit, organized in a way that makes browsing easy, and the team clearly takes pride in keeping everything clean and welcoming. It’s refreshing to walk into a resale shop that feels this well‑maintained. The staff is just as impressive — kind, considerate, and genuinely attentive. Whether they’re answering questions, checking out customers, or helping with items, they treat everyone with patience and respect. That level of customer care isn’t common, and it absolutely stands out. Overall, Plato’s Closet continues to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Great management, a clean and organized store, and a team that treats customers right — that combination keeps me coming back.

  Very disappointing experience. No effort made to put clothes in their correct size section. You might as well just label it, "S-XL, you figure it out!"

  Terrible I should have known not to come in based on some reviews. First time customers in here and will be the last. The stores dirty with Starbucks cups all over I saw a used pad on the ground. There’s signs do not yell or be rude to employees they must have issues or there not being fair with buys my guess or customer service. We just wanted to sell and leave it wasn’t like it used to be to be what I’ve been told by friends. They’re not fair with buy prices and I came home with missing items. Have a list or make inventory what you bring in. I noticed too they pick and choose who to Id when to sell. I wasn’t Id but another race was. I felt that was very racist and felt bad for that other customer. I was very disappointed in my expirence no store manager they don’t have one I was told. Lucy and the lady with the headscarf didn’t help.

  First time here and I have to say I was satisfied with my experience They explained how things work Then followed the directions And then decided to walk around the store with my family found a cute purse new and dirt cheap then went back to the front where I met the manager AJ she was super sweet gave my granddaughter a little toy to occupy her crabby self lol and then was ready to check out again gave me another explanation of why they chose certain clothing and where I can possibly take the rest (their sister store) and asked me if what they were offering for my items was a reasonable price and I got to admit it definitely was I was a happy camper lol yes I’m old school Aj was so sweet and a joy to talk with I’ll definitely go back with more stuff soon Thanks for a pleasant experience 🤗🤗🤗 Oops I forgot to mention the first woman I spoke with was also a sweetheart just forgot her name 😊😊
