  Terrible!!!!!!! Had a session on 10/21 for my daughter the pictures were horrible , the background was messed up you could see the floor in the images , all around bad experience . I at least wanted to purchase 2 of the images of my daughter for memories as she is autistic & I was told by Ray the photographer I could not purchase any additional prints or digital unless I purchased the entire digital album for $149 , against my better judgement after asking her many times she said all or none so I went ahead and purchased them . She did not show the full photos what was shown to me on the computer is not the images actually sent . To make matters worst now Shutterfly is trying to charge me to access the digital album I already purchased such a scam …. I’ve talked the the store manager Jasmine who told me she would investigate and also confirmed the other photographer did incorrectly give me info and charge me for a album I didn’t want , I’ve been waiting on a call back and still nothing !!!!!! I will be escalated this matter to the attorney general and beyond if it is not resolved promptly

  I will never buy a single item from jcpenney ever again!! I've been shopping at jcpenney for decades and the one time I need to return something which I had a receipt for I'm told I cannot return because I had misplaced the tags even though anyone could see these items were never worn and brand new!

  I had an amazing experience at the JCPenney jewelry department in Orland Park thanks to Jeff Cook, the Jewelry Supervisor. Jeff went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel rushed. His exceptional customer service made the entire shopping process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for Jeff if you want a stressful-free, professional jewelry shopping experience!

  I had a $10 reward that expired yesterday. I visited the store to purchase a particular pair of slippers for the Winter which the store didn't have. I decided to go downstairs and in the candle section I found gel hand sanitizers for $2.99. Great. I grabbed 5. With my reward, plus the coupon sale, I had enough to cover with the possibility of paying a small balance. A nice treat that I earned. No problem. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes because the registers are very limited in the store, the hand sanitizers rang up regular price, $6.00 each. I put two back, used my reward, the app coupon and paid a small balance anyway. I just couldn't get as many as I wanted. Again, this was a treat and not a shopping spree this time. After I made my purchase, I went back downstairs to check the price and the price of the items were indeed $2.99. No big deal. I grabbed two more of the same hand sanitizers I originally had thinking JCP would honor the sale price and adjust. I took a picture of the sign and went back upstairs to the same register. Easy fix right? After waiting another 20 minutes in the same line, the cashier told me she couldn't do anyting for me and I had to go back downstairs to the customer service desk. Exchanges are only made downstairs. I finally get to the customer service desk after waiting another 10 minutes in line explaining my concern. Not a complaint. A concern. The items were overpriced and I still wanted them but I was overcharged. I pulled out the receipt, showed the photo of the sign and displayed the $10 reward in my app that I used with the store's sale coupon. Gabby, the cashier was great. She was kind, professional, understanding and willing to correct the error. I appreciated the effort. She re-scanned the items and I was refunded the small amount I paid, but most important to me, I now lost my $10 reward that I earned. I had a second reward shown on the computer that I didn't want to use because that was being saved for a future pair of slippers waiting to be stocked. Now, a male employee appeared out of no where and started talking to the cashier next me as she was helping other customers. He mysteriously decided to "listen in". At this point, I introduced my conversation to him because he just stood there staring without saying a word or announcing who he was. Why are you standing over there when I'm sure you came up front for only FOR ME. After the final ring up, including the two extra hand sanitizers and paying another small balance, the adjusted price he now rang up was still wrong. I returned it all at this point. I spent an hour in the store going back and forth fighting for a price that wasn't advertised correctly. When I left, I saw the same male in the candle area removing the sign. He had very little to say as he did behind the counter as I approached him nicely inquiring about the sign. Very dry. Very nonchalant. Are you security or the manager? Did I misread the price? I wouldn't want someone else to go through the same shopping experience as I did. Maybe overall he was expecting a way different outcome. To corporate, attached is the photo of your advertisement inside your store. I lost my reward because of this.
