  I had an exceptional experience at James & Son’s Fine Jewelers. Met the manager Brian and what a great guy! He eventually introduced me to Samantha equally amazing!! These two people really know how to take care of you. Was looking for a special gift and they nailed it!!! If you are in the market for fine jewelry and or a new timepiece, ask for Brian or Samantha! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you for making my experience exceptional!

  When I walked in, I could immediately tell this is a store with people who truly enjoy what they do. Tiffany took the time to make sure that I didn't leave empty-handed or worse... with regrets. I didn't feel rushed or pressured, I felt like these are truly people who take the time to listen and care.   We had a wonderful experience with Sam Crout! She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I have a unique shaped ring so I was nervous to find a good match, but James and Sons has an amazing collection with so many options! So be ready to try on all the beautiful rings! Sam treated us like family and helped me find the perfect wedding band to match! We are definitely coming back for Mother’s Day! Thank you!
