  I like certain brands at DXl like Reebok. Staff is fine. Issue I have is trying to figure out which rewards certificates I have used and which I have not. Would be a-lot easier if DXL had it show on our account! But OK……I will take 10 mins trying to make sure I didn’t miss any. The one star this time is for both the sales rep and company. Rep fir not knowing I had two packages to pickup and not just one. For the company as they give you 7 days to obtain your pacakge or they send it back. Dumb!!! You try having to go back (49 min ride) when the rep should have had it taken care if the first time

  Sales clerk helped find the right size shoes I'd missed. Very friendly and a large selection of clothing.

  DIONNA IS THE BEST!! Incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Not only does this girl "know her stuff" - but she is so helpful and accommodating. Truly a huge asset to this location. So thankful for her expertise. What a lovely young lady. Have shopped here for years for gifts for family and friends and always find a perfect item or purchase gift cards so they can choose what they like/want. Keep up the great store and be sure to tell DIONNA how happy people are with the great service!

  We went into the Orland Square location today to find an outfit for my husband for our daughter’s wedding. We were greeted by Omar, and he treated us with such kindness. He was kind, patient and so, so helpful. I had a bit of a meltdown too, and he brought me a box of tissues and took care of me. The store had an excellent selection for big and tall men and is my husbands new favorite. The store was great, but, Omar was just exceptional and made our visit truly special.
