A few years ago, we were planning our own event and called around a few places looking for the right equipment. When we finally found a company that we thought was right, the experience proved otherwise. The company wasn’t very responsive, they delivered late, and left us with dirty equipment that we had to clean in front of our guests. “We can do better”, we thought. It was a lot more work than we expected, and we had to give up our summers and weekends, but thanks to our excellent service and commitment to the community, we are now the highest rated event rental company in the Chicagoland Area.     Bounce My House was a wonderful company to work with throughout the process. Christina was very communicative and sent plenty of updates throughout the process. Justin and Oscar set everything up and were polite and helpful. We needed the bounce house for a Saturday party, but we were able to use it Friday afternoon with a 3pm delivery and they picked it up Sunday morning. It was a great way to entertain kids at the party. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a bounce house or other party equipment.

    Exceptional service from start to finish. This was our first time using this company and I was very impressed. Their customer service and product was definitely an A+. The representative Christine was so efficient and professional from beginning to end. Anytime I contacted the company she responded quickly. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!

    Bouncy obstacle course was promptly put up in the morning, great interaction with the team including zoelle who helped with booking. Communication was easy on the website, via text and a phone call to confirm.

    We were in the market to have a bounce house for a birthday party and luckily had a friend that had used BounceMyHouse beforehand and had nothing but great things to say! So naturally we called them and were able to book us in even though we did it last minute, and were able to secure a bounce house! Christina & Zoelle explained everything on how it would be delivered when it would be and what it would look like, how much and the whole process was so smooth and didn't have to worry at all. It was a HUGE hit and will absolutely use them again in the future. Thanks again for your help and looking forward to working with you again for another party!
